Reef-Ready Systems for Advanced Hobbyists (60-90cm | 24″-36″)

The popular REEFER G2+ format includes four models in the 60-90cm (24″­-36″) that add the right touch to any room.

The comprehensive water management system provides the base for excellent water quality. Surface water from all sides of the aquarium is
actively fed to the sump through the regulated silent-flow downpipe, while a larger inlet to the downflow pipe reduces turbulence, meaning a quieter flow. Removable surface-skimming combs surround the top of the centrally located overflow box that houses the downpipe. All models now have a new & improved high precision valve on the downflow pipe, allowing for easy regulation of the flow and a near silent operation.
On entering the sump, the water passes through a removable ReefMat-­ready mechanical filtration compartment with 225-micron filter bags and media cups. The sump comes with an adjustable height skimmer chamber (enabling you to set the water height for optimal skimmer performance). In order to remove any air bubbles that may have escaped from the skimmer, the water passes through a bubble-stripping cascade on its way to the return pump chamber.

REEFER G2+ Cabinet

The marine-spec laminated cabinet that houses the sump is now extra fortified, made of plywood, and smartly finished with weatherproof, epoxy-painted doors. It is also equipped with fully adjustable feet for perfect leveling on any surface. In keeping with Red Sea’s signature design, the cabinets follow the contour of the aquarium glass.
